Visual Arts Education Students Present at NYSATA Conference 

Kathryn Haessner and Rebecca Haley presented at the NYSATA (New York State Art Teachers Association) conference on November 21, 2015. They volunteered at the event and presented the Photography Project they did with the students at the Seneca Street Church last year. The arts administrator from Buffalo Public Schools, Ms. Michele Agosto a professor for another college and several K-12 art teachers were in attendance for their presentation. All gave wonderful feedback on their work. 

Annie Stoll Recognized for Design Work 

Recent alumni Annie Stoll recently designed an Adele billboard that was displayed in Times Square. In the past, she has received a Grammy nomination for best recording package.

Alumni to Teach at Daemen in Spring 2016

Daemen Alumni, Alyssa Chase, is completing her MFA at UB, and already has an MA in Art Education. She is a Tower coach, and is going to teach for Daemen in Spring 2016.

Sydney Mangin Researching Visualization of PT Conditions 

Current student, Sydney Mangin (Animation), is a Hearst scholar and very involved in theater. She is working on a think tank research project on visualization of PT conditions.
