Congratulations on your acceptance to Daemen College. 

We look forward to welcoming our new students to campus. Students intending to enroll in the fall semester will be able to file FAFSA after October 1st. After accepted students receive their financial aid packages Financial Aid Administration will provide further instructions about how to accept the aid package before the beginning of their start term.

1) Submit Your FAFSA

Make sure you and your parents complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be considered for need-based financial aid from Daemen College. In order for Daemen College to receive your information, you must provide our school code: 002808.

2) Send in Your Tuition Deposit

To officially enroll, you must submit your deposit. You can pay the deposit online.

Please Note: Tuition deposit is regarded as the student’s commitment to the College and is required in order to guarantee a seat in the entering class. The tuition deposit is non-refundable.

Tuition deposit required first semester:

  • Undergraduate Students – $200.00
  • International Students – $200.00
  • PT Undergraduate Students – $400.00
  • PA Undergraduate Students – $400.00

3) Send in Your Room Deposit

Send in your room deposit if you desire campus housing.

A refund of the room deposit will be made if a written notice of withdrawal from residence is received by the Admissions Office by May 1. A full refund also will be made to those students not permitted to register for the fall term. Students who are not sure if they are academically qualified to continue should make this deposit; if they are not eligible to continue, a full refund will be made.

Room reservation deposit applicable to first-semester room bill: $200.00

4) Complete Student Health Form (PDF)

Upon acceptance to the College, the student will be sent a Student Health Form (PDF). Each new student is required to have a physical examination conducted within the past year.

Records have to be in English.

A test for tuberculosis is required for all international students.
