Why did you choose Daemen?

I chose Daemen because they have an amazing direct admittance physical therapy program and the energy on campus was unmatched by any other college I visited. The small class size makes it easier to ask for help if needed and allows for my professors to get to know me and all the other students in class on an individual basis.

In what ways are you involved on campus?

Aside from being a tour guide, I am currently a member of the Daemen University cheer team, a newly appointed day time programmer for the campus activity team (CAT), and an Orientation Leader.

What advice would you give to a prospective student?

Don’t be afraid to try new things and advocate for yourself. There are a ton of resources, opportunities, and activities available on campus so try and take advantage of them.

What excites you most about being a tour guide?

What excites me the most about this position is being able to meet new people, and offering advice to prospective students based on my experience so far at Daemen.

What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?

Some memorable moments I’ve had so far at Daemen are meeting all my new friends and doing fun activities together, cheering at basketball games, the new student carnival, and petting the therapy dogs brought in during finals week.

How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?

Being at Daemen has challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, encouraged me to me advocate for myself, and has helped me learn how to balance academics and maintain a social life. I am a more confident, independent, and intelligent individual because of the the time I have spent here.

Who inspires you the most?

My mom inspires me the most because she always puts everyone before herself and supports me through all of my endeavors.
