The college experience can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life; at perhaps no other time will you have the ability to interact with such a diversity of people and be exposed to so many new ideas as you grow and develop as a person. While many of these opportunities occur inside the classroom, many also occur outside the classroom.

The Office of Student Affairs is committed to helping students take advantage of the amazing opportunities before them at Daemen College, by teaching life skills that will serve them long after they graduate as they develop into well-rounded citizens.

By living on campus, you have Daemen at your fingertips. You have access to clubs, student government, events, concerts, and athletics. It is a short walk to classrooms, laboratories, studios, the library, computer labs and much more.

Daemen College offers orientation programs for first year students, transfers and families. The goal of orientation is to develop and coordinate programs that promote academic success, promote personal and social development, and to provide students and families with information about services, support systems and issues facing college students.

We plan to hold the summer orientation on campus.  If you are purchasing tickets for transportation to the campus for the event, we would advise waiting until closer to orientation or purchasing tickets which are refundable or offer travel insurance in the event that we may need to change the timing or structure of new student orientation due to the pandemic. As always, our decisions will continue to be made with the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and the greater community in mind.

Daemen College is dedicated to meeting your needs as a student academically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We offer services to assist students during their time at Daemen and into the future.

Explore your interests, meet new people, and get involved in the campus and community. You can do all of this and more when you participate in the Daemen clubs and organizations.

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Daemen College seeks to provide an enriching and impactful diversity education experience to our community through both short-term programming and long-term initiatives. We will be responsive to the current climate, future trends in higher education and the ever-changing face of our community.

Career Services offers a variety of services to assist students and alumni across all academic disciplines in all phases of their career decision-making and job search process.
