Mr. Lamark Shaw is the Director of Career Services and an adjunct professor who teaches CFE101 at Daemen College. Mr. Shaw also is the Sales Manager/Buyer for United Men’s Fashion in Buffalo, New York. He has a BS in Design from Buffalo State College, MS in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College and an Entrepreneurial Leadership Certificate from the University of Buffalo. Mr. Shaw is currently working on his Ph.D. in Organization and Management at Capella University.

Tiffany Dillon is the Assistant Director of Career Services at Daemen College and loves working with students and alumni to assist in regards to their career and professional development. Currently, Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Western New York Association of College Career Centers (WNYACCC) as their Secretary and is also on the committee for Teacher Recruiter Day (TRD) and the Western New York Career & Internship Fair (WNY CIF). Tiffany also serves on the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA) as the Past President. She also held the roles of President and College Relations Director which allowed her to work with students from various colleges across Western New York. It is with this experience that she realized her passion for working directly with students. Tiffany has previously worked as both a Recruiter and Staffing Manager for one of the premier staffing agencies in Buffalo. Tiffany’s earlier career stemmed from her culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University which lead her to intern at Rich Products Corporation in their Talent Acquisition department. She received her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College.

Originally from Rochester, New York. I attended the University At Buffalo where I completed my undergraduate degree in the field of Health and Human Services with a constriction of community Mental Health with a minor in Counseling. I graduated with my Masters in Higher Education Administration in May 2020.
Michelle Thompson is the Employer and Student Relations Coordinator. In addition to providing administrative support and supervising the Career Peer Coaches, Michelle is responsible for the project management of career fairs and onsite employer recruitment. Having previously worked at Autism Services, Inc. and the Research Foundation of SUNY Buffalo, she brings with her an extensive background in projects management, grants management, budget development, fiscal forecasting, personnel and office management.

My name is Destinee and I am a 2nd-year student in the Animation program. In my spare time I hang out with my roommates and we can either be found in our room having fun or in the lounge. I want to be a member of both the Anime Club and the Pride Club.
My name is Michelina Ricotta, but I go by Micky! I am a freshman in the Physical Therapy program. I am a friendly, outgoing person and am always excited to meet new people. I enjoy music, spending time with friends and family, and also my cats. I also consider volunteering as a big part of my life.
I am a Senior majoring in English, with a specialization in professional writing and rhetoric, and a focus on Public Relations and Communications. I have definitely enjoyed my time at Daemen, and the rigorous learning environment, and I am thankful for the opportunities afforded to me.
