AMHERST, N.Y. – Tracy Masse, who has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, has been named director of employee engagement at Daemen College.

In her new position, she will oversee all human resources and payroll operations at the college, including policies, employee recruitment, training efforts, benefits, employee relations, and payroll administration.

“We are pleased to have Tracy join Daemen and are confident she will be a tremendous leader for our employee engagement team,” said Dr. Robert Rood, vice president for business affairs and treasurer. “Her broad experience and skills in human resources will make her a valuable addition to our college.”

Masse most recently served as human resources manager at Taylor Devices, a position she previously held at CSI International. She has also served in various capacities in human resources at other Western New York companies and organizations.

A certified professional in human resources, Masse earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from SUNY Buffalo State and a human resources certificate from Cornell University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Masse resides in Williamsville.
