Mathematics

A Mathematics Minor provides an opportunity for students to develop a deeper understanding of their particular field, and the world around them. This is achieved through the development of problem-solving skills, analytic abilities, and logical thinking. After the calculus sequence, students will be exposed to classes that will help develop their abilities to form clear arguments, write clearly and concisely, and think logically and abstractly. The Mathematics minor complements a variety of majors, from education and the sciences, to business and the arts.
