RN to BS students can continue their education in one of our graduate nursing programs at a reduced rate. They may take up to six credits of graduate courses at the already reduced undergraduate rate, while completing their B.S.

Students who have an associate degree in nursing and a bachelor’s degree in another field are eligible for our RN to MS accelerated program.

The mission of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International is advancing world health and celebrating nursing excellence in scholarship, leadership, and service.
Program Specifics
Upon completion of the undergraduate program the student will:
- Collaborate with other health care professionals and patients to provide culturally appropriate care.
- Advocate for social justice, including commitment to the health of vulnerable populations and the elimination of health disparities.
- Evaluate sources of evidence and clinical practice guidelines for patient care.
- Integrate best evidence, clinical judgment, and patient preferences in planning care.
- Interpret multiple biological, physical, and social factors in assessing, planning, and implementing safe patient care to diverse populations in diverse settings.
- Demonstrate skills in using patient care technologies, information systems, and communication devices to improve patient outcomes and create a safe patient care environment.

Generous 50% tuition grants for registered nurses are available for full or part time study. These grants are not based on financial need and are guaranteed through the completion of the BS degree requirements.
Nursing tuition grants (up to 50%) toward the cost of tuition are calculated utilizing the cost of tuition less any Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) or Aid for Part-time Study (APTS) proceeds.
