Re-Hire Process for Staff and Faculty
Any re-hires who haven't worked on Daemen's ADP WorkforceNow payroll in over a year (last pay check was over a year) will have to complete the re-hire paperwork and undergo a mandatory background check. This is best practice and keeps the University in compliance.
Note: All re-new hires must complete an application to a posted position via ApplicantPro (https://daemen.applicantpro.com/jobs/) before they can be onboarded. You will be emailed this direct job posting link from the Employment Coordinator.

All staff re-hires (part time or full time) employees need to complete al of the fillable documents and upload them to the Secure Form Portal .
Once you upload your forms via the portal, please email the hr@daemen.edu to let us know the forms have all been submitted.
