December 20, 2023 President Olson announces the search committee and sets charge for the search process. The position posting and website goes live online. Recruitment process begins with personalized letters and additional recruitment efforts by the chair.

Mid February Search committee meets to select candidates for Zoom interviews
Early March Zoom interviews with select candidates
Late March Search committee reviews and selects finalists for on-campus interviews
Early April On-Campus Interviews
Mid April Final Meeting of search committee to analyze on campus Interviews. Chair conducts reference checks
Late April Chair meets with President Olson to provide final recommendations from the committee.
Late April President Olson selects the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing with a tentative start date of June 1st.
